James was referred to Gement Connect via Fixed agency as a time sensitive case support as James had an apprenticeship opportunity with Keltbray that he may lose if he did not receive support to renew his green CSCS card on time.
Gement Connect has provided James with the support of contacting Wandsworth Council and Match Works in Putney as he was having difficulty contacting them. The Gement Connect Employment and Skills Advisor managed to contact Match Works on behalf of James and provided him with the information to register for the fully funded CSCS card in a timely manner to ensure he does not lose the opportunity with Keltbray. James succeeded in passing his CSCS test and was very grateful for the support.
