Baily Garner’s "Growing Our Own" programme focuses on nurturing and developing young talent within the organisation. By investing in apprenticeships and supporting career development, the programme helps individuals achieve professional qualifications and build long-term careers. Over half of the firm's equity partners began their careers with Baily Garner, illustrating the programme’s success in fostering talent and promoting career progression in the built environment sector.

At Baily Garner, we believe in “growing our own” because our people are the key to our success.  This drives our commitment to finding, nurturing, and investing in young talent. The proof is in the results: over half of our equity partners started their careers with us as apprentices or graduates. With our support, they’ve achieved professional qualifications,  completed degrees, and built successful careers.   

We focus efforts on attracting individuals to the Practice by promoting the industry with schools, colleges and universities and with our partners at a local level within our areas of operation and influence – offering a variety of levels of entry, including; apprenticeships, work experience, year out students, sponsored students and graduates.
