The Green Skills Workforce Coalition

The Green Skills Workforce Coalition seeks to solve a looming green skills gap. The Coalition was launched by Connectr alongside internationally renowned research firm Nesta, 60 of the UK’s largest cross-sector employers, and the Careers & Enterprise Company. The common goal: provide employers with sufficient green skills to make Net Zero by 2050 a reality.

The Green Skills Workforce Coalition, launched by Connectr and Nesta, works with 60 leading UK employers to address the green skills gap. It provides businesses with the necessary expertise to help the UK achieve its net-zero goals by 2050. The coalition’s focus is on upskilling the workforce and preparing them for sustainable jobs in industries like renewable energy and green construction.
