Gement Connect is run in collaboration with the CITB which provides a 12-month fully-funded programme to new or returning entrants in the Construction industry providing better support for individuals starting or returning to employment in Construction to help increase retention.

Addressing the pressing skills shortages in construction, Gement Connect aims to improve retention and provide robust support for individuals starting or returning to the sector. By focusing on essential soft skills and fostering an inclusive workplace culture, Gement Connect helps employers build a valued and engaged workforce.
